On June 9th, the 2nd Sichuan Nuoshui River International Karst Cave Festival, hosted by Bazhong Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd., opened.

The event kicked off with the folk dance and national intangible cultural heritage Fanshan Jiaozi.

The Bazhong Cultural Tourism Development Group promoted the tourism around the Nuoshui Dongtian Scenic Area. The festival attracted numerous likes and comments in the livestream comment section.

The opening ceremony showcased the beautiful scenery and facilities of Longhu Cave, Huanglong Cave, Shili Gorge Drifting, and Louzi Camping Site within the scenic area through live connections with the site. The on-site audience and countless netizens appreciated the magnificent and unique karst cave landscape of the Nuoshui Dongtian Scenic Area through the camera lens. Together, they unlocked the interesting new gameplay beyond the karst cave in the virtual space.

The opening ceremony -- held both online and offline simultaneously -- had a raffle game.  Winners can receive free tickets to tour the Nuoshui Dongtian Scenic Area.

After the opening ceremony, the launch ceremony of the 2023 Sichuan Nuoshui River Cave Summer Resort, hosted by the People's Government of Bazhong City, was held.

At the launch ceremony, Bazhong's new cultural and tourism district promoted its summer tourism resources, and coincided with the opening of the "Guangwu Foodie" food street, a new scene for all-day cultural and tourism consumption at Guangwu Mountain.

During the launch ceremony, the first prize and second prize winners, guidance teachers, and "Best Organization Award" units of the Sichuan Guangwu Mountain-Nuoshui River Spring Tour Essay Competition were awarded certificates and Guangwu Mountain-Nuoshui River VIP travel discount cards.

This year's cave festival will last until early September, during which a series of supporting activities will be carried out. It will comprehensively showcase the high-quality tourism resources and beautiful scenery of the Nuoshui Dongtian Scenic Area, allowing visitors to appreciate the geological wonders, explore the natural mysteries, and enjoy the summer chill.
