Wang Xinyi from Jinshan Middle School in Pingchang county, Bazhong won the women's boxing gold medal at the 14th Sichuan Games held in Leshan, Sichuan province. The boxing match was held from July 15th to the 22nd. This is the first gold medal won by the Bazhong delegation at the Games.
