Xie Zhongping has been engaged in making mutton soup for three decades. The tasty soup has an agreeable greasiness and is made of fresh mutton of Nanjiang yellow goat. Traditional Chinese herbs such as goji berries and dangshen (Codonopsis pilosula) are put in to further enhance the soup's nutrition. It is one of the highly recommended dishes in China during autumn and winter.
